No duck or fancy dinner today on account of partner not feeling ok after yesterday's shots (I fared better especially post morning).
But I couldn't let oysters sit around too long so I cooked them up Chettinad style (why not, made the curry/base as I might for liver).
Ground toasted fennel+cumin [1 tsp each] & 3 red chilis;
Cinnamon, fennel+cumin seeds, curry leaves to hot oil, then chopped onions+garlic, brown, then the ground spices & chopped 🍅 [+ 🌶️ powder], cook down, turmeric
