Been ruminating on Federal Greens' leadership since recent poor performances at state and territory level, and Bandt's declaration of love for his Qantas Lounge membership and Hellsite account both of which have a serious ick-factor. (Then the clueless twerp trots along behind Albanese and Dutton for the *Kmart* Wishing Tree stunt. Urgh.) More of the same won't fly for the Greens; they need differentiation.
Jordon Steele-John. There's a toughness to the guy. He doesn't whine like Bandt does, he states. Often impressed by media performances and Steele-John's got a talent for disarming journalists and speaking directly to them, along with an awesome name.
Reckon Greens could do a lot - are doing a lot - worse than electing Senator Steele-John for the public face, denoting fresh leadership and change.
