I fear I'm going to have to see/contact a doctor tomorrow. Huge lump on my neck. Been trying to talk myself down that it's a lymph node. My "friend" went straight to pushing me off the ledge, "it's a cancerous tumor". That's why she's my friend. She says the voices in my head outloud.
