changesets: 🦋 Manage your versioning and changelogs with a focus on monorepos

This isn't for every project but if you need to manage CHANGELOGS and want a tool to help you with that, its great. Been using it for a while. Working on a new project for work and setting it up now.
Basically it helps you document your features as you work on them in preparation for a release. When its time to make a release it collects all your changesets and writes your CHANGELOG for you. Its pretty nice to have.
