Put a bunch of straw mulch on top of the potatoes so hopefully they won't freeze and we can dig them later (it was snowing the whole time ugh). Got everything picked from the greenhouses, now I need to dry and freeze some of it right now, and the rest can hang out in the kitchen for a few days at least...
