as you've gathered, I don't have any real call to action... I'm not sure what that would be if i'm honest. I'm trying to shout about the obvious solution not sell something per se.

It absolutely is applicable to the entire hospitality industry.

I will update the website to reference pubs and the wider hospitality industry... Any other feedback that would help the cause i'm all ears!
