Evening #run 🏃♂️
The running #torch that Carmen bought for my birthday was great heading through St James‘ Park this evening. The sudden contrast from headlights, streetlights and brightly lit shops on #TheStrand and #TrafalgarSquare means my eyes don’t have time to adjust and it’s suddenly like running along a country path! But two settings and headlamp tilt meant I could run with a little more confidence tonight.
