I know the feeling. We make kombucha and give it to family and friends and have had really good feedback. Sometimes people donate for ingredients but it would be great to sell a few bottles and make a bit of pocket money. Planning on doing a food safety course and writing up aHazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP). Then I need a business number and bank account and a permit from the local council. It's a lot of hoops, but probably seems more daunting than it is.
