Idk, I'm a novice programmer at best, but there have been proposals for it before, I've seen devs say it wouldn't even be that hard (famous last words)
The why doesn't matter too much bc if it winds up not being feasible, it means NOSTR is fundamentally flawed and the people here need to be working on a different kind of decentralized infrastructure.
