The Tyngsboro police are "investigating" a situation which involves the expression of some extremely ugly sentiments but looks like free speech with no illegal actions. (Drawing on public pavement with chalk may be technically illegal, but selective enforcement based on content isn't permissible.) be I wrote yesterday morning to the email address in the article, asking for clarification, but have received no reply.
