The first thing we do with people who are marginalised in ways that we aren't is to listen to them and believe them when they say they are receiving hate speech. It's the same with racism, it's the same with homophibia, it's the same with misogyny, ableism, etc. Just because you, a presumably cis man, do not understand or see that transmisia does not mean it is not happening when a bunch of trans folk tell you it's happening.
