I keep seeing news stories/articles about micro-plastics in bottled water, in this and that. And yeah, it's not great. But let's say you switch to tap water instead. Tomorrow there'll be a story about excessive levels of some other thing in tap water.

At some level, it's like, what can you do...there's unhealthy crap in everything just about. I can't keep up anymore with all the things I'm supposed to fret about.
