I'm really not following.
Don't get me wrong, I don't like Trump at all, but I also can't make a sound cause and effect relationship between the point you're starting at and the conclusion you end with.
And that scares me.
I'm scared of how nazism is being slowly normalized in public opinion by people calling everyone they don't like a nazi.
Let's imagine a scenario when person A and person B are talking about person C.
Person A dislikes C and calls him a nazi.
Person B maybe doesn't even like C very much, but doesn't see him as a pure evil.
If person B is not a critical thinker, but a regular person, they can subconsciously conclude that if C is a nazi then being a nazi is not so bad after all.
And I don't think that people calling someone a nazi really want something like that to happen.
So, don't get me wrong again, I wouldn't see a problem if the point was something like "Trump is a liar" or "Proton's CEO doesn't understand politics" (although I wouldn't agree on that right away without discussing his clarification posts first).
I hope after this you'll see where I'm coming from. If no, then okay. We're not obligated to agree 🤷
P.S. And if for some reason after reading that you think that I'm for nazi apologism too, then I'll just let you know that when I was young and my grandmother who I loved very much was alive, she was telling me stories of her past. Stories like being a volunteer during WW2/GPW in a brigade which was helping to save buildings from incendiary air drops by finding and putting them out in time before the fire starts spreading. So I kind of don't like nazis too.
