Thanks a lot! Too bad we’re so far away, I’d really like to taste your wine. I have a former colleague who makes wine as a hobby and while he introduced me to some really nice things (orange wines in particular) his attitude is “nah, don’t worry about the sulphites and you cannot do anything about pesticides, so 🤷♀️” I understand it’s not easy, but I still feel a difference between “there is only so much you can do” and “don’t worry about it”.
