Fedi: It's terrible that Facebook, Twitter, etc have secret moderation team that make decisions that affect everyone. Centralized moderation does not work!
Also Fedi: Wow hitting the block/mute button is hard, we should fund a team of people that can do this for thousands of instances so we don't have to think about it
