NYTs is just another MAGAt billionaire approved propaganda rag at this point. They are more faux erudite and subtle than Hannity, but have shifted the overton window to make lies, cruelty, violence, and fascist behavior acceptable. Sanewashing is too tame a description for their vile whitewashing of a rapist criminal traitor and his mini-mes. I cancelled my subscription in 2016 even though many other things about their coverage was excellent.
