Interesting recap on the prospects of the Ukraine war. I'm not sure I back up his recommendations 100%, as it feels like the historically typical, and dangerous as well, all-in American military mentality in places, but the refresher on Russia's initial and current objectives, and what it means to any hopes of a near-term settlement, and to long-term outcome scenarios, is useful.
