well I gave a jar of seasoning to a legit spice company to have them try. owner was at a trade show and I got to chat with their chef. he recommended getting samples and bringing them to restaurants to try. need to incorporate some pouches into the next batch.
he looked at it and liked that my blend was not loaded up with salt. 👍🤞
