I always worry that celebratory posts about metrics ("yay! I got X followers", etc) can come across poorly & sound smug, and they aren't that exciting for other people. So I tend to keep good news to myself bc I don't want to sound like a braggart and when I fuss about problems I usually delete it because I don't want to sound like I'm whining. Doesn't leave much room for being authentic. So, hell with it, this is a thing I'm grateful for and happy about. Maybe this cancels out a fuss somewhere.
