I guess this only falls apart once you actually use over 10GB of it and it's assumptions of what you don't need as often fail to match reality. But my workload (occasional digital forensics) isn't anything they should optimize for anyway.
Not only because I wouldn't buy anything by Apple but also because it's not what the average user would need 🙃.
Video editing sure is something that Apple users might expect this thing to do properly, so if it does 4k fluently, nice job!
