Said another way, a man without kids has no authority in his personal life (as a married man does over his wife and kids). Yet, he exercises authority over others with whom he has no relationship other than a contract or, in the government's case, not even.
And anyone exercising authority over people (either in companies or governments) who don't have children should be viewed with a healthy degree of skepticism.
