I had a small local reaction at the dust mite immunotherapy injection site. Raised skin, and red and hot. It's about 3 cm x 2 cm.

If I sit around and keep cool and do nothing, it gets smaller. If I get hot or do exercise, or pretty much anything really it swells back up and gets hotter and redder again.

I have a heat pack on it right now...sigh. I knew my body wouldn't make it easy for me.
