The good thing is that building such a dual-Xeon AliExpress build is ridiculously cheap, and because there are so many goddamn Xeon SKUs you can really hone in on exactly what you need.
I've got two Xeon E5 V4s coming my way from the US at the moment, for a generational hop from my current V3s (2 more cores per socket, better IPC, more and faster cache, etc.), and it cost me like 30 bucks. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
