We’ve tried all sorts of IoT light switch brands and they’re all flaky af except for Lutron. Over the past 8 years I don’t think I’ve ever had a Lutron switch not do exactly what it was told immediately, from an app or a remote switch. Just rock solid.
Then we got their brand of window shades and it turns out that’s where they keep the bugs. They’re like the Dorian Gray of hardware.
