And I think there's a happy medium (i.e. all major email platforms allow \"schedule send\" so if I feel I HAVE to get something off my desk but I don't want someone to feel obligated to reply, I can schedule it to send Monday lunchtime or something) which I'm surprised more people don't employ. I've been using it on Slack all the time and it's been great.",
