Not a lot I can do about that. However for the map I just produced the subdivision survey included a street intersection a few lots away. My process for producing map involves literally tracing a survey using the software I wrote, adjusting the scale of the tracing to match the scale of the basemap and then rotating/dragging the tracing to match what I see on the aerial as best as possible.

In this case, I started by matching two streets and then confirmed two fence lines I could see on the aerial were where the survey tracing showed property lines.
