Is it a sign of growth, sociopathic tendencies* or a worrying amount of masking that watching my bath, toilet and floor fill with filthy water, helpless with a text message from Thames Water saying “hopefully we’ll get to you by 8pm and maybe we’re allowed to help you” and I’m like “well, I suppose I’ll use this as an opportunity to not have a panic attack”
*not a recognised diagnostic in the DSM or ICD, I’m having a moment let me have it
