I don’t see how you can reasonably ask students to come to SF and pay SF housing prices, and/or build enough student housing to make it livable for them (or anyone else). I’m a card-carrying YIMBY, and think a university would be good, but I don’t see how on earth you actually execute on this within the constraints of actually-existing SF.",
