Is this really what Ordinals and Inscriptions want to become? I know they’re tracked to single Sats and are truly non-Fungible and live on-chain, but are you really wanting to trade your scarce assets for a jpg?
I mean just look at what people are throwing hard earned money at that isn’t even unique and is hosted on a server somewhere that can easily be wiped out, stolen, corrupt or any number of issues. Are BAYC and Puddgy Penguins and Bored Ape Kennel Club (lulz at copying themselves) or Moonbirds what we really want Bitcoin technology to stoop to?
I think ordinals or inscriptions can be great for historic properties, but should you be trading 950,000,000 Sats for literally 1 sat hosting a jpg of a wizard or monkey jpg?
