Ice N Beans in Caye Caulker, #Belize! only place on the island to accept Bitcoin (I tried to orange pill other merchants but to no avail) The owner has been accepting Bitcoin for years though currently accepts it as an on-chain transaction. We chatted several times and he didn't know about Lightning but I gave him some resources and he'll be setting up a Lightning wallet for his business!
