Apparently sars-cov-2 sub variant JN.1 cases higher rates of gastrointestinal issues and shows signs of far greater transmissibility. JN.1 is more transmissible with fewer viruses needed to initiate an infection. My advice to people looking to protect themselves from the virus continue high touch sanitation and proper respiratory protection as well as distancing yourself from people showing symptoms, as aerosol can attach to your eye mucosa. #covid
