Been feeling pretty awful all afternoon. Splitting headache - probably the weather. The sore bits are screaming at me. Hot water bottle has been brought out again - had 3 days without it, so can't complain.
Proper comfort food - smashed egg in a cup. Not had it for years and it was so good. I still feel like garbage, but I'm smiling at least.
