Ugh, my husband got me a used Sony dual cassette player for my old Sony Stereo Tower for Christmas. Tried it out just now and it in fact does not work. My best bet is the belts are worn out on both decks, but if the description said working, they should really give him a refund. Turning on isn't the same as working. Frustrating!
