🚨Introducing Coinswap v0.1.0🚨
The first public beta release of the Coinswap protocol is LIVE on Testnet4!
Calling all shadowy supercoders to stress-test the apps, break stuff, and report bugs.
https://github.com/citadel-tech/coinswap/releases/tag/v0.1.0
First envisioned by Greg Maxwell in 2013 as a mechanism to improve Bitcoin’s fungibility. Later prototyped by Chris Belcher.

After Belcher’s departure, Ciatdel FOSS carried the torch to bring the vision to the finish line.
Initially envisioned as a privacy protocol, Coinswap also holds huge potential for Bitcoin scalability by enabling decentralized cross-chain swap bridges.
Coinswap in Testnet4 is now live with swap servers providing services.
Instruction to run the apps:

Since Belcher's days, Coinswap has evolved a lot.
We kept the commit history tied to Belcher's last commit as a tribute to his foundational work.
Thank you to everyone who supported, worked and shared ideas to make this release happen.
You know who you are.
This is just the beginning.
This release is a milestone, but we have miles to go.
Calling all protocol developers and privacy researchers to test the apps, dig into the code, break it, spam it, and report bugs.
