I miss running so much. It feels so far away because I went for a fast-ish 3 mile walk today and now my leg is acting up. But I gotta stress the fracture a little at a time. I just hope I don't need to skip my walk tomorrow because that would mean I "over did it"
why can the body simply have a little red light to let you know when you are about to "over do it?"
