Traffic has been extra horrendous in and around the University District in Seattle (especially on the approaches to the University Bridge, due to ongoing Montlake Blvd closures at SR 520, which has shifted Montlake Bridge traffic to other bridges).
I kinda want to stand at the awful 5-way intersection of NE 40th St & 7th Ave NE with a sign that says "You're not stuck in traffic. You are traffic!" and see what happens.
