But narratively it has a lot of meta game tricks up it's sleeves, we enjoyed the ride.
I am a fan of The Hex, and Inscryption is that style of storytelling, but with a card game instead of an adventure game. I do recommend checking it out if you don't mind some dark grim mood and horror aspects in your stories. Got a lot more design and game then it first appears. :)
