Here's why #selfdrivingcars will take much longer than expected. A "driver" is not just one who drives it but also:
- Deals with unexpected situations (like breakdowns)
- Takes blame for accidents
- Protect the vehicle from vandalism.
We should have called them "vehicle managers" or something.
