In fact, some of these bees who look like flies are the best pollinators. Honeybees pollinate 5% or so of the pollen they pick up on their legs. Leaf cutter bees, and other non-hive species of native bee pollinate with a 95% efficacy rate. They rub their little bee bellies on the plants.
