It's great that an excellent writer like npub15x4zdwm9h6f88jpsslct9ehxffg0cnr0ejhp9t0pz60s2qx6myvsu23p3l (npub15x4…3p3l) has struck out on her own with a newsletter. It's become clear that she's not a good fit with corporate journalism.

But it's disappointing that she'd choose to work with the odious Substack (which I'd bet gave her a big-league signing bonus).

I would be a paid subscriber in a heartbeat if she used Ghost or pretty much any other platform financed and run by people who are not visibly bad news.

I hope she reconsiders.
