The scientific literature is expanding, every day, with more evidence that Earths geomagnetic field is weakening, at an ever accelerating rate.
This behaviour is characteristic of pole shift.
As Earths geomagnetic shield weakens, our planet becomes increasingly vulnerable to the effects of incoming solar radiation.
(Sunspots, solar flares, and coronal mass ejections are much more common at the peak of the sun’s 11 year solar cycle. We are presently at the peak of one of these cycles, right now. [Solar cycle 25]).
A strong solar flare, and accompanying CME, in conjunction with the weakening of Earths defences, has a very reasonable chance of decimating our global power infrastructure, here on Earth.
When burned up by such an event, and rendered useless, replacement transformers would likely take in the order of years, to produce and distribute.
This, in turn, would leave large parts of the Earth without electricity, and in total darkness.
With all of this in mind, I wonder, why are prominent Bitcoiners and Bitcoin miners not acknowledging and or discussing this issue ?
Are they simply unaware of it? Or is it the mother of all psyops, to encourage the plebs to go all in on an electricity backed currency, at a time when Earths grid infrastructure has not been as vulnerable to collapse?
If what I’m saying seems outlandish, please revisit the Carrington Event, of 1859.

Both NASA and the European space agency have quietly acknowledged the rapid increase in the reduction of Earths geomagnetic field. (Estimates range from a 15% to 20-25% reduction, over the course of the last few decades.)
While both of these institutions may have a checkered record, in terms of their trustworthiness, the bulk of the Scientific record seems to bare out similar conclusions…
To that end, and to the extent we care about digital scarcity, proof-of-work, and immutability, isn’t it time to ramp up the discussion around hardening our electrical grid?
