Hit 180 grams of protein for the day. It's my goal but doesn't always fit into my schedule with fasting and an eating window. I had to stop mid workout and eat some hard boiled eggs and homemade beef jerky. I'm also down to only 6lbs overweight from 10 lbs obese.
