also I forget if I posted about this here or on Surfhosting already, but if you are struggling with not receiving calls and problems like that over generic (SIP-based) #voip, make sure you have encryption turned on, or if your provider still does not support encryption, make sure your SIP connection is over TCP, not UDP ... it will save you a lot of headaches
