I think 1 because since the main focus is the chair, I prefer the lighter blue chair. In the second one, the wall is brighter so it draws my eye towards the wall when I think the chair is the focus but it’s strange since it’s dull and darker blue.
I know nothing about photography, that’s just my layman opinion
