When someone is prejudice against Jews we call it anti-semitic because the Jews are a Semitic people. Semitic means they arose in the Semite region and speak of Semitic language (Hebrew). There is another Semitic people who arose in the Semite region and speak of semitic language, and we called them Arabs. Among the Semitic Arabs are the Palestinians. So your anti-Palestinian you are anti-Semitic. If you are anti-arab you are anti-Semitic. If you are anti-jew you are anti-Semitic. Ignoring that or misusing the term is also to ignore the greater history.
