People often ask me why is Finland allegedly the happiest country in the world.
I tell you one thing. I have this sticker on my doors. And for the 18 months I live here I haven't had a single leaflet or advert put into my mail box.
I had "proszę nie wrzucać ulotek" when I lived in Poland and nobody cares. I had "no junk mail please" in Scotland and I had tonnes of takeaway menus and Lidl booklets threw in every week.
Here - nothing, despite our communal paper bin being full of those. 1/2
