My understanding (this is an uneducated opinion and NOT LEGAL ADVICE) is that if you agree to arbitration, you have a tinkle in the wind chance of winning, and if you do win, you won't win much.
If we lived in a country that wasn't fundamentally broken, these kind of agreements would be illegal. But we have to look out for one another, and that starts with not blithely agreeing to every shite TOS that you come across.
