Serious Eats put out a chili crisp run down! Out of the ones listed, I have only tried Lao Gan Ma (👍🏽👍🏽), Momofuku Chili Crisp (dad’s fave), and Fly By Jing. (My fave is from Wo Hing in SF) It’s great to have so many to try next. There are multiple garlic focused ones - Hot Garlic and Liquid Gold Garlic are high on my list. Also Mr Bing because “If you grew up being the kid who brought Funyuns to school, then this chili crisp is for you. “
