1/ Stealth pack project. You generally can’t tell if I’m running, or hiking, or multi day backpacking. That’s intended and I’m always taking it further.

This cheap pack has a decent design and ok construction for a foundation. I cut all the extra crap and removed the external pockets and pouches. I don’t want anything visible or attached outside except an ice axe.

Next I’ll reinforce the shoulder straps, they’re weak, then make internal pockets.
