These guys literally can not stop lying.
Why does the entire filing keep mentioning Swan “and its customer” if it was a reserve account?
Better yet why does the filing focus on fiduciary duty arguments if this filing doesn’t pertain to swans customers?
Looks and sounds like Swan customers got burnt and Swan had to fill the hole with corporate funds to stick to the story “no customers affected”
